The invention relates to a combined sinking construction method for an ultra-deep section type pressure sinking large-diameter working well. The combined sinking construction method comprises the steps of preparation before sinking of an open caisson, arrangement of a counter-force device on the periphery of the open caisson, breaking of a cushion layer, pressurized sinking of the open caisson, circulating manufacturing and sinking, final sinking of the open caisson and bottom sealing of the open caisson. The method has the beneficial effects that extra controllable thrust is provided for the well body through the hydraulic machine, so that the open caisson construction can be quicker and more efficient, and the open caisson does not need to sink depending on gravity; sinking with a soil plug in the well is realized, so that the influence of open caisson construction on the surrounding environment is reduced; a thixotropic slurry sleeve is formed around the open caisson to reduce resistance, compressed gas can be sprayed into a gap between the well wall and a soil layer through an air curtain pipe, the soil layer resistance is further reduced, and sinking is assisted; the sectional open caisson manufacturing method is provided, the structural dead weight of a well body is reduced, the construction speed is increased, the open caisson posture is controlled, and difficult geological conditions are overcome.
