The construction technology comprises the following steps that S1, foundation replacement and filling are conducted, specifically, the excavation depth of the open caisson is determined, and a gravel replacement and filling reinforcing method is adopted to conduct reinforcing treatment on a surface soft layer; s2, steel shell concrete construction, specifically, concrete is symmetrically cast in the steel shell open caisson, and after construction of the first section of steel shell concrete is completed, the second section of reinforced concrete and the third section of reinforced concrete are sequentially and symmetrically constructed and heightened; s3, primary dewatering and drainage sinking: after the concrete of the well wall reaches the design strength, taking soil and sinking to a preset elevation by adopting a dewatering and drainage sinking process, and continuously dewatering the outer tube well of the open caisson in the sinking process, so that the underground water level in the open caisson is lower than the excavated soil surface by a certain distance; s4, second-stage heightening: sequentially and symmetrically constructing and heightening 4, 5 and 6 sections of well walls; and S5, secondary non-drainage sinking is conducted, specifically, after the well bore concrete reaches the design strength, the non-drainage sinking technology is adopted for earth cutting sinking, and sinking reaches the design elevation. The foundation bearing capacity can be improved, and the stability of the open caisson is fully guaranteed.
