The invention relates to an accurate positioning method for a reserved hole, which comprises the following steps of: lowering a reinforcement cage to a construction drawing embedded part design elevation, and welding and connecting a positioning rib with the reinforcement cage; the air bag without air pressure is placed in the reinforcement cage to start inflation; the inflation equipment is inflated by using an air pump, and inflation is stopped when the inflation pressure value reaches enough friction force and bond stress formed by the capsule body and the reinforcing steel bars; observing pressure gauge air of the air bag, and performing subsequent concrete construction after determining that the pressure of the air bag is stable; the air bag is deflated and pulled out when the concrete reaches the initial setting time, and the air bag can be pulled out by manually touching the hardness of the concrete before the inner mold of the air bag is removed and ensuring that the structure edges and corners are not damaged and collapse is not generated. The device is modularized, convenient to disassemble and assemble, easy to manufacture, simple and convenient to operate in the using process and reusable, and does not occupy space after being disassembled. The problem that correction cannot be carried out in subsequent construction is solved.
