The invention discloses a large-space indoor pull-hanging type partition wall and a construction method thereof. The partition wall comprises indoor partition wall units, guide rail assemblies, top bracing sealing pieces (1), bottom bracing sealing pieces (2), telescopic plate nodes and splicing nodes. The guide rail assembly is installed at the bottom of an original steel beam (301) of the structure body, the upper end of each indoor partition wall unit is slidably connected with the guide rail assembly in a hung mode, and every two adjacent indoor partition wall units are connected in a sealed mode through a splicing joint to form an indoor partition wall body. The telescopic plate node is arranged on one wall body (302), one end of the indoor partition wall main body is adjustably connected with the wall body through the telescopic plate node, and the other end of the indoor partition wall main body is hermetically connected with the other wall body through the splicing node; the top bracing sealing piece is hermetically connected with the guide rail assembly and the indoor partition unit, and the bottom bracing sealing piece is hermetically connected with the ground and the indoor partition unit. The technical problem that in the prior art, the sound absorption and insulation performance and the heat preservation and fireproof performance at the splicing position are poor can be solved.
