The component comprises a leveling layer for adjusting the flatness of a wall surface or a wallboard; and the facing layer is attached to the leveling layer and is used for decorating the wall surface. According to the embodiment of the invention, the construction time can be greatly shortened by reducing the brushing amount of the putty layer, the displacement caused by the external force on the main body part of the building and the settlement of the building is absorbed by the leveling layer, the cracking of the facing is avoided, and the impact resistance and cracking resistance of the wall surface can be enhanced by the facing layer. The novel putty-free composite decorative material component provided by the embodiment of the invention is high in construction speed, short in working time, lower in cost, relatively good in construction environment and long in service life, and wet operation is reduced.
