A first material disc, a passivation disc and a first clamping device are arranged on the rack, a blade is placed in the first material disc and is provided with a first surface and a second surface, and the first surface is in contact with the first material disc; the first clamping device is arranged on the rack, and at least part of the first clamping device can rotate relative to the rack; and the first clamping device is used for moving the blade from the first material disc to the passivation disc, so that the second surface is in contact with the passivation disc.
