The in-vehicle environment safety mode control method comprises the steps that in response to an in-vehicle environment safety mode starting instruction, the current battery state of a vehicle is obtained; if the current battery state meets a first preset condition, the position of a target charging pile is determined, and the position information of the target charging pile is the position of an idle charging pile closest to the vehicle; detecting the current battery charging state of the vehicle under the condition that the vehicle runs to the position of the target charging pile within a preset time; and if the current battery charging state meets a second preset condition, an in-vehicle environment safety mode of the vehicle is started. The in-vehicle environment safety mode can be successfully started when the power of the power battery of the vehicle is insufficient, the safety of life in the vehicle is guaranteed, and convenience is provided for a user.
