The fixing mechanism is supported through the triangular supporting and adjusting support; the lifting mechanism is supported through the fixing mechanism, so that the installation perpendicularity of the lifting mechanism is guaranteed, and the lifting direction of the armoring seam is further guaranteed; the upper flange of the armoured seam is hung, lifted and lowered in height through the lifting mechanism, so that the upper flange of the armoured seam is quickly and stably adjusted to the required elevation, the installation horizontal height difference of the upper flange of the armoured seam can be adjusted, and displacement of the armoured seam caused by external influence is avoided.
