The invention relates to a hoisting method of a super high-rise building curtain wall unit plate. Comprising the following steps: hoisting an unloading platform to a specified floor by using a tower crane; after the discharging platform is lifted in place, a main beam of the discharging platform extends into the floor where the discharging platform is located and is connected with a floor slab through opposite-penetrating bolts; two sides of the unloading platform are respectively provided with a front steel cable and a rear steel cable, and the included angle between each steel cable and the main beam is controlled to be 45 degrees; the other end of the steel cable is connected with the lifting lug on the floor without the upper layer and on the upper-layer floor, and the bolt pin is pulled tightly; and hoisting equipment is installed, specifically, the curtain wall unit plates are hoisted to the discharging platform through a tower crane, and then the curtain wall unit plates on the discharging platform are hoisted to the designated installation position through the hoisting equipment. According to the method, on-site transportation, assembly and disassembly can be completed in an extremely short time, the construction efficiency is improved, meanwhile, the situation that an outdoor tower crane is installed or the operation time of the tower crane is excessively occupied is avoided, and the problems that when the super high-rise building curtain wall unit plate is hoisted, the outdoor tower crane is complex to install, uneconomical and long in construction period are effectively solved.
本发明是一种超高层建筑幕墙单元板的吊装方法;包括用塔吊将卸料平台吊装到指定楼层;卸料平台提升到位后,将卸料平台的主梁伸入到所处楼层内并通过对穿螺栓与楼板进行连接;卸料平台的两侧各设置前、后两道钢索,并控制钢索与主梁的夹角为45度;钢索的另一端与未有上层、上上层楼板上的吊耳连接并扳紧销栓;安装吊装设备:通过塔吊将幕墙单元板吊装到卸料平台上,后续通过吊装设备将卸料平台上的幕墙单元板吊运至指定安装位置。本方法可在极短时间内完成现场运输、组装、拆卸,提高施工效率,同时避免安装室外塔吊或过多占用塔吊的作业时间,有效的解决超高层建筑幕墙单元板吊装时,室外塔吊安装复杂、不经济及工期较长问题。
