The invention provides a preparation method and application of soil coagulated rock in a subgrade base layer, and the preparation method specifically comprises the following steps: S1) forming and condensing the soil coagulated rock: weighing the soil coagulated rock and soil, mixing, and forming and condensing the soil coagulated rock and soil under the action of a cross-linking agent to form a three-dimensional net structure; s2) a chemical structure adjustment stage: diagenesis elements in the soil coagulated rocks migrate through a channel formed in the soil coagulated body and are combined with the soil in the soil coagulated body in a chemical bond manner; and S3) a lithiation stage: utilizing the physical pressure effect to enable the soil aggregate to be subjected to continuous polycondensation and mineralization until the soil aggregate is lithiated to have the engineering mechanical strength and the water resistance degree meeting the requirements, so that the soil aggregate composite material can be obtained.
