The filling material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of rapid hardening cement, 30-55 parts of a plant raw material, 1-3 parts of a mineralizing agent, 5-10 parts of calcium oxide and 5-23 parts of lightweight aggregate, the preparation method of the fireproof door filler comprises the following steps: firstly, adding the mineralizer into water, uniformly stirring and mixing, then adding the quick-hardening cement, uniformly stirring and mixing, continuously adding the calcium oxide, and stirring to form slurry; and adding the plant raw materials and the lightweight aggregate into the slurry, uniformly stirring and mixing, pouring the mixture into a grinding tool, standing for 5-12 hours, and demolding to obtain the lightweight concrete. The fireproof door filling material can effectively solve the problems that an existing fireproof door filling material is harmful to the human body, fragile and prone to corrode metal.
