A manufacturing process of an aluminum titanate ceramic riser tube belongs to a preparation method of a ceramic material, and comprises the following steps: selecting bauxite, calcined alumina, titanium dioxide and a mineralizer as raw materials; then pretreating bauxite to prepare bauxite fine powder, and marking and sub-packaging the bauxite fine powder; then blending the bauxite fine powder and other auxiliary reagents; adding the ingredients into a stirring mill to prepare ceramic slurry; drying the ceramic slurry to prepare ceramic powder; homogenizing the ceramic powder, and then standing in a static pressure mold; and finally, sintering the blank body. The result is that the aluminum titanate crystal is well developed, the grain size is large, and the finished product is good in thermal shock resistance and long in service life and meets the foreign superfine powder product.
一种钛酸铝陶瓷升液管的制作工艺,属于陶瓷材料的制备方法,通过选取铝矾土、煅烧氧化铝、二氧化钛以及矿化剂为原材料;然后铝矾土进行预处理制成铝矾土精粉并进行标记并分装;再将铝矾土精粉和其他辅助试剂进行配料;然后将配料加入搅拌磨中制成陶瓷浆料;将陶瓷浆料进行干燥制成陶瓷粉料;将陶瓷粉料进行均化,然后在静压模具内静置;最后将坯坯体进行烧结。其结果是钛酸铝晶体发育完好,晶粒尺寸较大,赶上国外超细粉末制品,使得成品的抗热震性能好,使用寿命长。
