Method for improving mechanical strength of porous silicon carbide film
The invention discloses a method for improving the mechanical strength of a porous silicon carbide film. A proper amount of large particles are introduced into the small-particle silicon carbide particle aggregate, so that the bending strength of the porous silicon carbide film is improved. Compared with a porous silicon carbide film prepared by using silicon carbide powder with smaller average particle size, the prepared porous silicon carbide film has the advantages that the mechanical strength is obviously improved, the average pore size is equivalent, and the service life of the ceramic film can be effectively prolonged. The method for improving the mechanical strength of the porous silicon carbide membrane is simple in process, and the material is high in mechanical strength and can be well suitable for cleaning pollution of the ceramic membrane by using a chemical cleaning reagent in the industry; meanwhile, the high-strength silicon carbide ceramic membrane is long in service life and has a very good application prospect in the field of oil-water separation.
本发明公开了一种提高多孔碳化硅膜机械强度的方法。本发明通过在小颗粒碳化硅颗粒骨料中引入适量的大颗粒,进而增加多孔碳化硅膜的弯曲强度。所制备的多孔碳化硅膜相较于使用平均粒径较小的碳化硅粉末制备的多孔碳化硅膜,机械强度有显著提升并且平均孔径相当,可有效地增加陶瓷膜的使用寿命。本发明中提高多孔碳化硅膜机械强度的方法流程简易,且该材料机械强度高,可以很好地适应工业中使用化学清洗试剂对陶瓷膜的污染进行清洗;同时高强度的碳化硅陶瓷膜使用寿命长,在油水分离领域具有非常好的应用前景。
