The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing the raw materials, standing, forming and demolding to obtain an initial blank, injecting cement slurry into the surface of the initial blank to uniformly coat a layer of cement slurry on the surface of the initial blank, and standing and curing at room temperature to obtain the light foam concrete. An existing initial blank is further processed, so that the surface of the obtained finished blank is smoother, the finished blank is protected by external cement slurry, the interior of the finished blank is not prone to penetrating into water, the strength is reinforced and improved on the basis that the overall lightweight characteristic of the blank is guaranteed, and the heat preservation and heat insulation performance of the blank is excellent; and the service life is longer.
