Grouting repair method for vertical reflection crack of ballastless track filling layer
The invention discloses a grouting repair method for a vertical reflection crack of a ballastless track filling layer, which comprises the following steps of: under the condition that a track plate covers, performing transverse drilling on a joint cutting position of a base plate/supporting layer; cleaning equipment is adopted to be connected with the hollow pipeline to clean the kerfs and the cavities; flexible filling materials are injected into the kerfs and the cavities to form flexible filling; a slurry overflow hole or a slurry supplementing hole is drilled in the top of the track plate to reach the vertical reflection crack; a pressure grouting head is installed at the position corresponding to the vertical reflection crack, a repairing material is poured into the vertical reflection crack through the pressure grouting head, and pouring is stopped until the material overflows; grout is supplemented through the grout supplementing holes to ensure full pouring, and then the grout overflowing holes or the grout supplementing holes are repaired. By means of the technical scheme, the good waterproof effect of the kerf is still achieved under the condition that the environment temperature changes, secondary diseases caused when water permeates into the lower portion of the track are avoided, the durability of the filling layer is remarkably improved, and continuous degradation of the filling layer at the kerf position is avoided.
本发明公开了一种无砟轨道充填层的竖向反射裂缝灌浆修复方法,包括:在轨道板覆盖情况下,对底座板/支承层的切缝位置进行横向钻孔;采用清理设备连接中空管道对切缝及空腔进行清理;向切缝及空腔注入柔性填充材料形成柔性填充;在轨道板顶部钻取溢浆孔或补浆孔至竖向反射裂缝;在对应竖向反射裂缝的位置安装压力注浆头,通过压力注浆头向竖向反射裂缝灌注修复材料,直至材料溢出时停止灌注;通过补浆孔补浆以确保灌注饱满,再对溢浆孔或补浆孔进行修复。通过本发明的技术方案,实现了切缝在环境温度变化的情况下仍具有良好的防水效果,避免了水渗入轨道下部引发的次生病害,显著提升了充填层的耐久性能,避免了切缝位置处充填层的持续劣化。
