The steel strand penetrates out of the anchoring plate and is in butt joint with the supporting cylinder through the annular slope, and the anchoring plate and the supporting cylinder are connected through the anchoring bolt; secondly, the steel strand provided with the sensor is tensioned in place for the first time and anchored through a clamping piece; then, the tensioning force value of the second steel strand is adjusted according to the change of the numerical value of the sensor until all the steel strands are tensioned; then the measured value of the fiber bragg grating pressure ring sensor is kept consistent with the theoretical tension cable force by adjusting the nut, then anti-corrosion grease is injected, a guide and a connector of the sensor penetrate out of a one-way hole in the protective cover, and finally the protective cover is installed. The device is used for uniformly applying the cable force of the parallel steel strand stay cable.
