The invention relates to a segmental box girder prefabrication adjustable construction structure and a construction method. The problem that an existing construction structure for prefabricating a segmental girder is single in function is effectively solved. According to the technical scheme, an adjustable sealing and plugging structure is arranged at the matching position of a matching beam and a side film, and the state of the plugging structure can be correspondingly adjusted according to different prefabrication periods of the segmental beam, that is, a good sealing effect can be achieved in the early stage (the concrete pouring stage); and more choices can be provided for the water supplementing point positions of the precast beam in the later stage (the concrete curing stage), and the quality of the segmental beam is improved.
本发明涉及一种节段箱梁预制可调节施工结构及施工方法,本发明有效解决了现有用于预制节段梁的施工结构功能较为单一的问题;解决的技术方案包括:通过在匹配梁与侧膜配合位置设有可调节的密封封堵结构,可根据节段梁的不同预制时期而相应的调整封堵结构的状态,即能在前期(混凝土浇筑阶段)能够实现较好的密封效果,又能为后期(混凝土养护阶段)对预制梁进行补水点位置提供更多的选择,提高了节段梁的质量品质。
