The bottom end of the T-shaped plate extends to the outer side of the baffle and is evenly and fixedly provided with two or more triangular plates, the top end of the supporting frame is rotationally provided with a first bevel gear, the top end of the supporting frame is provided with a threaded rod in a threaded connection mode, and the bottom end of the threaded rod is rotationally connected with the T-shaped plate. According to the device, the T-shaped plate can be driven to move downwards through the screw rod, then the baffle is driven to move downwards through the L-shaped block, meanwhile, the L-shaped block can be extruded through the inclined block, so that the L-shaped block is separated from the T-shaped plate, the T-shaped plate continues to move downwards conveniently, the outer rod can be driven to move through movement of the baffle, and then the supporting rod is extruded to rotate and unfold to be attached to the ground.
