Each splicing unit comprises two side plates, a bottom plate and at least two connecting rods; inserting blocks are arranged at the bottoms of the side plates, inserting grooves are formed in the bottom plate, and the inserting blocks are inserted into the inserting grooves so that the side plates and the bottom plate can be connected. A protruding block is arranged at one end of each bottom plate, a groove is formed in the other end of each bottom plate, and the protruding blocks are clamped into the grooves of the adjacent bottom plates so that the two adjacent bottom plates can be connected. Clamping blocks are arranged at the two ends of the connecting rod, clamping grooves are formed in the upper edges of the side plates, and the clamping blocks are clamped into the clamping grooves, so that the connecting rod is erected between the two side plates; the side plates, the bottom plate and the connecting rods are all made of high-strength and high-performance concrete materials.
