Steel sheet pile inserting and driving construction method for water-rich pebble stratum
The invention relates to a construction method for inserting and driving a steel sheet pile in a water-rich pebble stratum. The construction method comprises the following steps: determining the built-in depth of the steel sheet pile according to the depth of a foundation pit and safety construction requirements; the positions of the steel sheet piles are released through lime lines; the full-protection-cylinder rotary drilling drill is connected with a rotary drilling rig to conduct drilling operation, when the first section of steel protection cylinder is flush with the ground, bolts for connecting the steel protection cylinder with the rotary drilling rig are detached, and pebbles in the first section of protection cylinder are dug out through the rotary drilling rig; connecting the second section of steel casing with the first section of steel casing and the rotary drilling rig through bolts, and repeating the operation; after the steel casing reaches the designed depth and all pebbles in the steel casing are removed, the steel casing is filled with clay to prevent hole collapse after the steel casing is pulled out; and after construction is completed, the steel casing is pulled out of the stratum through the rotary drilling rig again. The problems that the water-rich pebble stratum is unstable and hole collapse is prone to occurring are effectively solved, meanwhile, the effective built-in depth of the steel sheet pile cofferdam can be guaranteed, and the safety of foundation pit construction is greatly improved.
本发明所涉及的一种用于富水卵石地层钢板桩插打的施工方法为根据基坑深度及安全施工需求确定钢板桩嵌固深度;用白灰线将钢板桩的位置放出;将全护筒旋挖钻与旋挖钻机相连接进行钻孔作业,当第一节钢护筒与地面齐平时,卸下钢护筒与旋挖钻机连接的螺栓,利用旋挖钻机将第一节护筒内的卵石挖出;将第二节钢护筒与第一节钢护筒及旋挖钻机螺栓连接,重复操作;钢护筒达到设计深度并将护筒内卵石全部清除完毕后向护筒内填充黏土以防止钢护筒拔出后出现塌孔;施工完成后再次利用旋挖钻机将钢护筒从地层中拔出。本发明有效解决了富水卵石地层不稳定,易塌孔等问题,同时可以保证钢板桩围堰的有效嵌固深度,极大的提高了基坑施工的安全性。
