Method for detecting pile-forming diameter of high-pressure jet grouting pile
The invention relates to a method for detecting the pile forming diameter of a high-pressure jet grouting pile, which comprises the following steps of: 1) before pile forming, drilling a plurality of monitoring holes inside and outside a designed pile diameter side line, and embedding a steel sleeve; (2) a vibration sensor is arranged on the steel sleeve, and a vibration amplitude signal is transmitted through the sensor; and (3) when the high-pressure jet grouting pile begins to carry out guniting, observing the vibration amplitude of the vibration sensor to pre-judge that the guniting reaches the monitoring position. According to the detection method, the steel sleeve is easy, convenient and flexible to embed, and operation of construction workers is facilitated; the detection method does not damage the pile body structure and meets the pile body integrity requirement; and through the vibration sensor, the pile-forming diameter can be rapidly pre-judged, timely remedy can be achieved according to the detection result, and the construction quality is guaranteed.
本发明涉及一种高压喷射注浆桩成桩直径的检测方法,包括以下步骤:1)在成桩前,在设计桩径边线内、外打设若干个监测孔,并埋设钢套管;2)在钢套管上置入振动传感器,利用传感器传输振动波幅信号;3)当高压喷射注浆桩开始喷浆时,观察振动传感器的振动波幅,来预判喷浆到达监测位置。本发明的检测方法,钢套管埋设简便、灵活,便于施工作业人员操作;检测方法不破坏桩体结构,满足桩体完整性要求;通过振动传感器,可快速预判成桩直径,根据检测结果可以及时补救,保证施工质量。
