The invention discloses a pile clamping device for vibration sinking of an offshore wind power single pile foundation through a vibration hammer. The pile clamping device comprises a top clamp and a bottom buckle plate. The top clamp comprises a vibratory hammer clamping part and a buckle plate connecting part; the outer diameter of the vibratory hammer clamping part is matched with the width of a clamping jaw of the vibratory hammer; the pinch plate connecting part comprises an inner ring, a top plate and an outer ferrule; a plurality of through holes are formed in the surface of the top plate; the bottom buckle plate comprises a clamping sleeve and a supporting ring; a plurality of through holes are formed in the top surface of the clamping sleeve; the inner diameter of the supporting ring is matched with the outer diameter of the top of the single-pile foundation. A plurality of center hole jacks are installed on the top plate; the top clamp is placed on the top face of the pile top flange, the bottom buckle plate is arranged on the top of the single pile foundation in a sleeving mode, and the clamping sleeve is inserted into an annular groove formed by the inner wall of the outer ferrule, the outer wall of the inner ring and the top plate. After the pull rod sequentially penetrates through the penetrating hole, the through hole and the center hole jack, the base plate and the nut are sequentially installed on the pull rod.
