The invention discloses an open-air side slope drilling steel bar grouting supporting method. Comprising the following steps of: cleaning fine sand around an open-air slope line, uniformly drilling a plurality of longitudinal deep holes along the circumferential direction of the stope slope by adopting a down-the-hole drill, respectively inserting a group of reinforcing steel bars which are distributed in a regular triangle shape into the drilled holes, respectively injecting mortar with an M2.5 strength grade into the drilled holes, arranging ring ribs with the diameter of 10-22mm on the outer surfaces of each row of drilled holes along the circumferential direction, the construction method comprises the steps of forming a solid support body, maintaining the stability of the side slope, being simple and exquisite in structure, being capable of effectively supporting the side slope, being high in construction efficiency, low in cost and the like, provides guarantee for safe production of mines, and obtains good economic benefits and social benefits.
本发明公开了一种露天边坡钻孔钢筋注浆支护方法,包括清理露天边坡线周边细沙、采用潜孔钻机沿采场边坡圆周方向均匀开钻若干纵向深孔、向所钻孔中分别插入一组正三角形分布的钢筋、再向所钻孔中分别注入M2.5强度等级的砂浆、在所钻每排孔的外表面沿周向布置φ10‑φ22mm环筋,环筋与钻孔内露头钢筋之间焊接牢固、连接孔内外钢筋、边坡开挖等步骤制作而成,形成一道坚实的支护体,维护边坡稳定,结构简单、精巧,能够有效支护边坡,施工效率高,成本低等特点,矿山安全生产提供保障,取得了良好经济效益和社会效益。
