The multistage quasi-zero stiffness vibration isolator comprises a bottom frame body and a top cover, the top cover is horizontally arranged at the top of the bottom frame body, a first mounting plate is arranged in the center of the inner bottom of the bottom frame body, and a second mounting plate corresponding to the first mounting plate is fixedly connected to the bottom of the top cover; the bottom of the top cover is fixedly connected with a negative stiffness mechanism mounting rod corresponding to the second mounting plate; and the edges of the first mounting plate and the second mounting plate are connected through a plurality of arc-shaped steel wire ropes. The arc-shaped steel wire rope and the negative stiffness mechanism composed of the permanent magnets are combined in parallel, the arc-shaped steel wire rope supports the mass of vibration-isolated equipment, the negative stiffness mechanism counteracts the stiffness value of the arc-shaped steel wire rope, and the quasi-zero stiffness characteristic is achieved. Meanwhile, the vibration isolator is provided with a plurality of groups of negative stiffness basic modules, so that the quasi-zero stiffness position of the vibration isolator can be synchronously changed along with the change of the load, and the vibration isolation effect of the quasi-zero stiffness vibration isolator under the variable load working condition is effectively improved.
本发明公开了一种多级准零刚度隔振器,包括底框体和顶盖,所述顶盖水平设置于底框体的顶部,所述底框体的内底部中心设有第一安装板,所述顶盖的底部固定连接有与第一安装板对应设置的第二安装板,所述顶盖的底部固定连接有与第二安装板对应的负刚度机构安装杆;所述第一安装板和第二安装板的边缘通过多个弧形钢丝绳连接。本发明通过将弧形钢丝绳与由永磁铁构成的负刚度机构并联组合,弧形钢丝绳支撑被隔振设备的质量,负刚度机构抵消弧形钢丝绳的刚度值,实现准零刚度特性。同时,隔振器通过多组负刚度基本模块的设置,使隔振器的准零刚度位置可以随着负载的变化,进行同步变化,从而有效提升了准零刚度隔振器在变负载工况下的隔振效果。
