The invention provides a method for excavating a foundation pit by combining a diamond wire saw and a hydraulic breaking hammer. The method comprises the following steps: dividing an excavation area and a wire saw cutting working surface; according to the excavation depth of the foundation pit, different excavation areas are determined; a working face is built on the outer edge of the excavation area, a coring machine matched with a diamond bead wire saw is used for drilling the bottom of rock in the area, and the wire saw and a matched track are installed to conduct wire saw cutting on the bottom and the periphery of the area; a hydraulic breaking hammer is used for breaking rocks; the crushed gravels are shoveled and brought out of the foundation pit range through an excavator; and after the operation of the upper-layer area is completed, starting to perform repeated operation on the lower-layer area in sequence. The non-blasting excavation operation can be effectively carried out on the rock stratum zone, the non-blasting excavation method has the advantages of being high in efficiency, low in cost, easy to operate and the like, non-blasting excavation operation on the hard rock stratum foundation pit is achieved, pollution to the surrounding environment is reduced, the construction cost is reduced, and the safety of foundation pit excavation is improved.
本发明提供金刚石绳锯机和液压破碎锤联合开挖基坑方法:划分开挖区域及绳锯机切割工作面;根据基坑的开挖深度,确定不同的开挖区域;在开挖区域外边缘建立工作面,使用金刚石串珠绳锯机配套的取芯机对区域内的岩石底部进行钻孔作业,安装绳锯机及配套的轨道对区域的底部及四周进行绳锯切割;液压破碎锤破岩作业;破碎后的碎石用挖掘机铲运带出基坑范围;上层区域作业完成后,开始对下层区域依次进行重复作业。本发明能够有效对岩层地带进行非爆破开挖作业,其具有效率高、成本低、操作简单等等优点,实现了对坚硬岩层基坑的非爆破开挖作业,减少对周边环境的污染、降低施工成本、提高基坑开挖的安全性。
