The invention discloses a prefabricated profile steel combined shear wall structure system and a construction method. A first wall body, a second wall body and two third walls are connected to form a minimum composition unit in the structure system; the first wall body, the second wall body and the two third wall bodies are in a rectangular shape and are divided into an upper layer and a lower layer to be tightly arranged, the first wall body and the second wall body are arranged on different layers, one end of the first wall body and one end of the second wall body are in vertical butt joint, and the first wall body, the second wall body and the third wall bodies are each internally provided with two pieces of vertical parallel channel steel. The bottoms of the two pieces of channel steel are connected through two pieces of angle steel, a built-in steel plate is arranged in the space where the channel steel and the angle steel are connected, and the channel steel, the angle steel and the built-in steel plate are poured through concrete to form a wall structure. The method has the advantages of being simple in process and easy to implement, reducing the defects that assembly type construction is complex and quality is difficult to guarantee, greatly improving the construction efficiency, reducing cost input, shortening the construction period and guaranteeing the construction quality safety.
