The integrated building ceiling structure comprises a ceiling mounted on a keel frame and provided with a strip-shaped opening; the guide rails are installed on the keel frame and located on the two sides of the strip-shaped opening in the length direction; the movable frame plate is mounted on the guide rail in a sliding manner and is connected with an air conditioner pipeline through an exhaust hose; the folding assemblies are arranged on the two sides of the movable frame plate and used for shielding the strip-shaped opening; and the driving assembly is arranged on the keel frame and used for driving the movable frame plate to move so as to adjust the position of the indoor air outlet. When the air exhaust device is used, the position of the air exhaust opening can be conveniently adjusted so as to meet more actual requirements, and the application range is widened.
