The invention discloses a quick mounting type lamp set ceiling structure which comprises a lamp box mounting base, the lamp box mounting base is mounted on the surface of a building through a ceiling assembly, a mounting opening used for mounting a lamp box is formed in the lamp box mounting base, a guide groove and a transverse inserting groove are further formed in the lamp box mounting base, and an inlet of the guide groove is communicated with the mounting opening; the transverse inserting groove is communicated with the guide groove; the trigger part is arranged in the guide groove; and the self-locking structure is fixed to the lamp box, the self-locking structure is provided with an elastic plug connector and a trigger switch, and the trigger part extrudes the trigger switch to enable the elastic plug connector to move into the transverse plug-in groove. After the lamp box is inserted into the mounting opening of the lamp box mounting seat, the trigger part extrudes the trigger switch in the self-locking structure, the elastic plug connector which is originally in a compressed state is in an unlocked state, and the elastic plug connector is inserted into the transverse plug groove under the action of elastic potential energy, so that the lamp box is mounted; the scheme has the advantage of high installation efficiency on a construction site.
