The construction method has the advantages that mold sealing and pouring operation between prefabricated parts is avoided, procedures such as on-site mold erecting and pouring are reduced, on-site wet operation is reduced, construction operation efficiency is greatly improved, on-site safe and civilized construction is guaranteed, advantages and characteristics of fabricated buildings are brought into full play, and the assembly rate and standardization of the fabricated buildings are obviously improved; the problems that according to a common method of an existing assembly type building prefabricated stair, only a stair section part is prefabricated, a rest platform, a stair column, a stair beam and the like are still in a cast-in-place mode, and therefore the phenomena that embedded parts are staggered and deviation is too large frequently occur in the installation process of the prefabricated stair section are solved.
