Movable reinforced back ridge
The movable reinforced back ridge comprises two back ridge connecting plates which are of the same structure and are arranged back to back up and down, inclined walls are formed on the two sides of the middle of each back ridge connecting plate, a middle concave part is formed in the position, between the two inclined walls, of the middle of each back ridge connecting plate, and a sliding opening is formed in the middle concave part of each back ridge connecting plate. A sliding column is connected between the upper sliding opening and the lower sliding opening in a sliding mode, installation holes are formed in the two sides of each back ridge connecting plate, an upper back ridge is arranged at the top of the back ridge connecting plate located on the upper portion, and a lower back ridge is arranged at the bottom of the back ridge connecting plate located on the lower portion. In order to prevent the situation that the middle parts of the back ridges are fixed and cannot move, so that the back ridges frequently fight with the screw during assembly, through the design of the back ridge connecting plates, the sliding openings and the sliding columns, the upper back ridges and the lower back ridges are changed into structures capable of relatively moving, and thus fight with the screw can be avoided.
本发明公开了一种活动式加筋背楞,包括有两个结构相同且上下相背设置的背楞连接板,背楞连接板的中部两侧形成有斜壁,两个斜壁之间的背楞连接板中部形成有中凹部,背楞连接板的中凹部处开设有滑动口,上下两个滑动口之间滑动连接有滑柱,背楞连接板的两侧开设有安装孔,位于上方的背楞连接板的顶部设置有上背楞,位于下方的背楞连接板的底部设置有下背楞。为防止背楞中间固定死而无法移动导致在拼装时经常与螺杆打架的情况,本发明通过背楞连接板、滑动口和滑柱的设计,将上下背楞改为可以相对移动的结构,这样就能避免与螺杆打架。
