A first full framing is erected between the inner wall and the outer wall; a spraying system communicated with the fire-fighting main pipeline is mounted on the first full framing along the periphery of the inner wall; and the spraying system is used for spraying and maintaining the inner wall and the outer wall. The full framing is arranged between the inner wall and the outer wall, the spraying and curing effect of the spraying system on the inner wall is ensured, the spraying system is used for spraying and curing the inner wall, a large number of temperature difference cracks and shrinkage cracks caused by the influence of hydration heat in the hydration process of mass concrete are prevented, and the applicability and durability of the concrete are improved.
本发明公开了一种用于框架核心筒组合结构超高层剪力墙的养护方法,包括:在当前楼层浇筑内墙及外墙,形成核心筒体结构;在当前楼层安装永久性的消防主管道及多个均与所述消防主管道连通的增压水泵;其中,相邻两个所述增压水泵之间的间距为100m;在所述内墙和所述外墙之间搭设第一满堂架;沿所述内墙的周缘在所述第一满堂架上安装与所述消防主管道连通的喷淋系统;利用所述喷淋系统喷淋养护所述内墙和所述外墙。本发明通过在内墙与外墙之间设置满堂架,确保了喷淋系统对内墙的喷淋养护效果,利用喷淋系统对内墙进行喷淋养护,防止大体积混凝土水化过程中受水化热影响会产生大量的温差裂缝及收缩裂缝,提高混凝土的适用性和耐久性。
