The invention is applicable to the technical field of reinforced concrete reinforcement, and provides a steel-encased-jacket-reinforced earthquake-damaged reinforced concrete frame structure which comprises two end reinforcing mechanisms and a middle reinforcing mechanism, each end reinforcing mechanism comprises four reinforcing angle steel, and the middle reinforcing mechanism comprises two connecting plates; a plurality of pressing plates are distributed between the two connecting plates, reinforcing steel bars are arranged on the pressing plates, two first connecting rods are symmetrically installed on the reinforcing steel bars located at the two ends, and two second connecting rods are symmetrically installed on the other reinforcing steel bars; and the supporting mechanism comprises a plurality of supporting angle steel, two supporting plates are symmetrically installed on the supporting angle steel, sliding blocks on the supporting plates are connected with push rods through transmission rods, and the push rods are connected with push plates. According to the device, the frame column can be effectively reinforced, the supporting effect is good, and even if the frame column is damaged, the using function of the frame column can be achieved.
