Wherein the door leaf is rectangular and is made of a dot matrix sandwich structure, and a metal shell of the dot matrix sandwich structure is a metal shell with an upper panel and a lower panel which are parallel to each other; the dot matrix supporting element is formed by combining a plurality of element components according to a dot matrix type spatial arrangement mode; the dot matrix supporting element is fixed between upper and lower panels of the metal shell; and each element component is supported between the upper panel and the lower panel of the metal shell. And the filling polymer is filled between the dot matrix supporting element and the metal shell. The invention further provides a preparation method, aiming at the lattice sandwich structure layout of the anti-knock door, a specially prepared polymer filling material is subjected to integral injection molding according to a certain process requirement.
