The crawling ladder comprises a ladder main body, and a ladder main body is formed by sequentially splicing a plurality of folded plate sections; the fixed end is provided with a hooping device used for hooping a tree; the bottom end anchoring assembly comprises a double-head anchor rod and a first single-head anchor rod; the middle section of the double-head anchor rod is detachably connected with the first single-head anchor rod; at least one folded plate section in the ladder main body is provided with through holes which are intersected in the axial direction; the double-head anchor rod and the single-head anchor rod are both matched with the through holes. The clamping device and the modularized multi-anchor-rod assembly are adopted to form a supporting and fixing frame for various different ground environments, so that the ladder stand is stable and reliable after being built, and it is guaranteed that workers can trim trees of various shapes in various ground environments more safely.
