The invention discloses a composite bearing capacity test device and method based on a transmission tower anchor cable bearing platform. The method comprises a main steel beam, a loading beam reaction pier, a horizontal loading reaction pier, a jack, a steel pressing plate and a high-strength bolt. The two loading beam counter-force piers are symmetrically arranged by taking the test bearing platform as the center, and the two end parts of the main steel beam are respectively placed at the upper ends of the two loading beam counter-force piers; a jack is arranged in the middle of the main steel beam, a bearing platform column rib is exposed and extends out of the top surface of a bearing platform column and is connected with a steel pressing plate through a high-strength bolt, and the jack provides pulling force load on the bearing platform; the horizontal loading counter-force pier is used as a counter-force foundation for providing horizontal loading force for the bearing platform. During loading, upward pulling force and horizontal force are simultaneously and proportionally applied to the bearing platform through the two jacks, the stress condition of the anchor cable bearing platform in an actual environment can be truly simulated, and the device has the advantages of being safe and reliable in stress and simple in operation.
本发明公开一种基于输电铁塔锚索承台的复合承载力试验装置及方法,该方法包括一根主钢梁、加载梁反力墩、水平加载反力墩、千斤顶、钢压板、高强螺栓;两个加载梁反力墩以试验承台为中心对称设置,主钢梁的两端部分别放置在两个加载梁反力墩的上端;在主钢梁中间布置千斤顶,承台柱筋外露伸出承台柱顶面,并与钢压板通过高强螺栓连接,此千斤顶提供承台上拔力荷载;水平加载反力墩作为提供承台水平加载力的反力基础。本发明在加载时通过两个千斤顶同时成比例对承台施加上拔力和水平力,可以真实模拟锚索承台在实际环境中的受力情况,具有受力安全可靠、操作简洁的优点。
