The invention provides a test method for simulating the influence of soft and hard interbed bedrock on deformation and damage of a pile foundation. The method comprises the following steps: preparing a combined sample A for simulating soft and hard interbed bedrock and a comparison combined sample B for simulating hard bed rock through a mold, and carrying out a loading test on model piles in the combined sample A and the comparison combined sample B in a graded loading manner; axial stress-axial displacement relation curves of the model piles in the two combined samples are drawn according to test results, the two groups of test curves are drawn in the same coordinate system to obtain a comparison curve graph of the two groups of tests, and a theoretical basis is provided for later optimization of the pile length in soft and hard interbedded bedrock by observing the relation between the two groups of curves. According to the method, an existing triaxial compression testing machine is utilized, a combined sample is adopted to simulate the influence of soft and hard interbed bedrock on the pile foundation, and a test comparison result serves as a reference basis for pile foundation length optimization.
