The invention provides a building water leakage management system, and the system comprises a fault detection module which determines the position and cause of a water leakage fault according to the real-time data of the information of a sensor in a building and the real-time information of an online monitoring water meter; the processing module is used for generating an emergency plan according to the water leakage fault reason; and the emergency plan display module is used for acquiring and displaying the emergency plan. A water leakage fault is determined and operation and maintenance management is carried out by using digital and informatization means; a design drawing, product data and debugging data are integrated into a digital delivery model, and water leakage faults are determined by using various sensors and instruments in a building.
本发明提出了一种建筑漏水管理系统，所述管理系统包括：故障检测模块，根据建筑中传感器信息及在线监测水表实时信息的实时数据，确定漏水故障位置及故障原因；处理模块，根据所述漏水故障原因，生成应急预案；应急预案展示模块，获取所述应急预案并进行展示。利用数字化、信息化手段确定漏水故障及进行运维管理；将设计图纸、产品数据、调试数据整合为数字交付模型利用建筑中各类传感器、仪表，确定漏水故障。
