The invention discloses a beam and slab hoisting construction method which comprises the following steps that a bridge erecting machine is erected on two sets of cover beams, the bridge erecting machine frame is located at the position of a 4 # beam to an 8 # beam of the left width of the cover beams, the position of a middle supporting leg of the bridge erecting machine frame moves backwards, and then two hoisting crown blocks are installed on the bridge erecting machine frame; the I-shaped beam is moved to the area between the lower portions of the two sets of bent caps, and steel strand hanging rings on the I-shaped beam are hung through hooks on the two hoisting crown blocks; and then the two hoisting crown blocks synchronously and horizontally hoist the I-shaped beam, and the I-shaped beam is moved to the bottom of the cover beam. According to the beam plate hoisting construction method, the two hoisting crown blocks of the bridge girder erection machine are adopted for double-hoisting-point hoisting, beam piece installation is completed through transverse synchronous operation and longitudinal differential operation, land outside a red line is not needed to be used for arranging a beam lifting station, the original ecology and environment are protected to the maximum extent, the beam plate hoisting problem is solved, and the construction efficiency is improved.
