Construction method of container seedling greening system with matrix embedded in drilled holes
The invention relates to a construction method of a container seedling greening system embedded with a matrix through drilling. The construction method mainly comprises the following construction steps: (1) cleaning a slope surface; (2) surveying and setting out; (3) hoisting the movable steel truss construction platform; (4) drilling a container hole; (5) local fractured rock mass is subjected to grouting reinforcement; (6) mounting a matrix container; (7) filling the container with the nutrient soil matrix; and (8) embedding the container seedlings. According to the multi-stage rock slope construction method, container holes are drilled in the multi-stage rock slope through a movable steel truss construction platform, local broken rock mass is subjected to closed grouting reinforcement through anchor rod pulling and connecting steel plates, matrix containers are placed in the container holes, and the matrix containers are connected through a connected container steel bar net rack; the matrix container is filled with the nutrient soil matrix through the nutrient soil matrix rapid filling device, then container seedlings cultivated in advance are transplanted into the matrix container, and the effect of rapidly regreening the side slope is achieved.
本发明涉及钻孔嵌入基质容器苗复绿体系施工方法,主要施工步骤包括:(1)坡面清理;(2)测量放线;(3)移动式钢桁架施工平台吊装;(4)钻设容器孔;(5)局部破碎岩体注浆加固;(6)基质容器安装;(7)营养土基质填充容器;(8)容器苗嵌入。本发明中,多级岩质边坡通过采用移动式钢桁架施工平台钻设容器孔,针对局部破碎岩体采用锚杆拉接钢板进行封闭注浆加固,容器孔内放置基质容器,采用连体容器钢筋网架将基质容器进行连体,基质容器内采用营养土基质快速灌填装置进行填塞营养土基质,在将提前培育好的容器苗移植到基质容器内,达到边坡快速复绿的效果。
