The invention relates to the technical field of constructional engineering, and discloses a structure for separating a main body structure from a retaining wall in a slope building, the side surface of a main body structure column is in filling connection with the free side of the retaining wall by adopting a flexible easy-to-deform material, and the bottom surface of a grounding floor slab is in filling connection with the top of the retaining wall through a first flexible waterproof material; the grounding floor slab and the non-grounding floor slab of the same floor are provided with tongue-and-groove seams filled with flexible waterproof materials to be connected, so that the main body structure of a building and the retaining wall are jointly built, but the main body structure and the retaining wall are disengaged when resisting lateral stress, and deformation constraint release of the grounding plate and the non-grounding plate is achieved. The defects that in the prior art, a retaining wall is integrally connected with a main structure, rigidity of the main structure changes suddenly and is eccentric, torsion is irregular, and the retaining wall cracks due to longitudinal constraint are overcome. A groove-shaped horizontal beam is arranged at the top of the side, adjacent to soil, of the retaining wall, root bending stress of the retaining wall is reduced, local leakage water on the back face of the retaining wall is cut off, the retaining wall is economical and reasonable in size, and the waterproof effect is enhanced.
本发明涉及建筑工程技术领域,公开了一种坡地建筑中主体结构与挡土墙脱开的结构,主体结构柱的侧面采用柔性易变形材料与挡土墙临空侧填充连接,接地楼板的底面通过第一柔性防水材料与挡土墙的顶部填充连接,同楼层的接地楼板与非接地楼盖设置企口缝填充柔性防水材料连接,实现了建筑的主体结构与挡土墙的合建但抵抗侧向受力时脱开,接地板与非接地板变形约束释放,避免现有技术中挡土墙与主体结构整体连接的结构形式缺点:主体结构刚度突变、偏心、扭转不规则,挡土墙纵向受到约束引起开裂。挡土墙临土一侧顶部设有凹槽型卧梁,既减少挡土墙的根部弯曲受力,又截排挡土墙背面局部渗漏水,达到挡墙尺寸经济合理和防水效果增强。
