The invention discloses a spoke type anchor rod anti-pulling counter-force frame which comprises an upper horizontal plate, a plurality of inclined spokes, hollow stand columns, a lower horizontal plate and counter-force pipes. The upper horizontal plate and the lower horizontal plate are connected through a plurality of inclined spokes which are uniformly distributed around the edge, through holes are formed in the middle of the upper horizontal plate and the middle of the lower horizontal plate, and hollow stand columns with upper and lower openings are connected to the through holes. The bottom face of the lower horizontal plate is connected with a counter-force pipe. A beam of a stool type reaction frame is a framework system formed by connecting an upper horizontal plate, a lower horizontal plate and inclined spokes, the upper horizontal plate and the inclined spokes are compression members, and the lower horizontal plate is a tension member. The full height of the reaction frame is much larger than the beam height of a stool type reaction frame, and the reaction frame is peripherally supported, so that the rigidity of the reaction frame is greatly improved.
