The sleeve frame is fixedly arranged on any one of the upper bearing platform and the lower bearing platform; the fixing units are arranged on the side edges of the sleeve frame and the corresponding bearing platform; the auxiliary unit is arranged between the upper bearing platform and the lower bearing platform, through cooperation of the auxiliary unit, the sleeve frame and the bearing platform, the upper steel column and the lower steel column can be rapidly in butt joint and clamped and fixed in the vertical direction of the fixing unit, and then the sleeve frame and the bearing platform can be fixed in the direction of the connecting face of the sleeve frame and the bearing platform through the fixing unit; and therefore, the auxiliary unit is matched to realize cross fixation of the steel column and fixation from the inner surface and the outer surface of the steel column, so that the steel column is more stably fixed.
