Preparation process of modified cement and early-strength ultra-high performance concrete thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of ultra-high performance concrete, and particularly discloses a preparation process of modified cement and early-strength ultra-high performance concrete thereof. The preparation method of the modified cement comprises the following steps: (1) dispersing Li-Al layered double hydroxide powder and an acidic retarder in an ethanol solution to form a mixed suspension; (2) the atomized mixed suspension and cement particles carried by hot carrier gas are subjected to hedging and colliding, the mixed suspension is sprayed to the surfaces of the cement particles, ethanol on the surfaces of the cement particles is evaporated under the action of the hot carrier gas, and the modified cement is obtained. The concrete is prepared from the following raw material components in parts by weight: 700 to 1000 parts of modified cement, 850 to 1450 parts of modified admixture, 100 to 250 parts of modified steel fiber and 14 to 30 parts of water reducing agent, and the water cement ratio is 0.15 to 0.2. The concrete obtained by modifying the cement particles has the characteristics of super early strength, long setting time, more stable early performance and the like.
本发明涉及超高性能混凝土技术领域,具体公开一种改性水泥的制备工艺及其早强型超高性能混凝土。所述改性水泥的制备包括:(1)将Li‑Al层状双金属氢氧化物粉、酸性缓凝剂分散在乙醇液中形成混合悬浮液。(2)将雾化的混合悬浮液与热载气携带的水泥颗粒对冲碰撞,使所述混合悬浮液喷到水泥颗粒表面,并在热载气作用下将水泥颗粒表面乙醇蒸发,即得所述改性水泥。所述混凝土的原料组成包括如下组分:上述的改性水泥700~1000份、改性掺合料850~1450份、改性钢纤维100~250份、减水剂14~30份、水灰比0.15~0.2。本发明通过改性水泥颗粒,得到的混凝土具有超早强、凝结时间、早期性能更加稳定等方面的特点。
