The invention discloses an emergency grouting material and process for leakage cavity plugging. The main raw material is a high polymer material (SAP) and cement water glass double-liquid slurry mixture. A novel grouting material is subjected to a leaking stoppage test through an indoor model test, traditional cement-water glass double-liquid slurry is extremely easy to be washed away by water under the water and sand leakage state of a tunnel, the flowing water retention rate is very low, the leaking stoppage effect is not obvious, and a quick rescue effect is not achieved; the novel grouting material is a mixture of a high polymer material (SAP) and cement water glass double-liquid slurry, the SAP material is firstly injected into a water leakage place, then the double-liquid slurry is injected, and through experimental research, the leaking stoppage effect is better than that of traditional double-liquid slurry leaking stoppage.
本发明公开了用于渗漏空洞封堵的抢险注浆材料和工艺,主要原材料为高分子材料(SAP)与水泥水玻璃双液浆混合物。通过室内模型试验,对新型注浆材料进行堵漏试验,传统的水泥‑水玻璃双液浆在隧道漏水漏砂状态下极易被动水冲走,动水留存率很低,堵漏效果不明显,没有起到一个快速抢险作用;而新型注浆材料为高分子材料(SAP)与水泥水玻璃双液浆混合物,渗漏水的地方先注入SAP材料,然后再注入双液浆,经试验研究,堵漏效果优于传统的双液浆堵漏。
