Performing mixing and kneading treatment: performing mixing and kneading treatment on the raw materials; molding treatment: molding the mixed and kneaded material to form a green body; and roasting treatment: roasting the formed green body to form the carbon block. Various carbon and graphite product wastes are adopted as main raw materials, the prepared graphitization furnace carbon block is low in cost, good in oxidation resistance, moderate in resistivity and heat conductivity coefficient, excellent in comprehensive performance and high in cost performance in actual use, and the service life of a graphitization furnace end is remarkably prolonged.
