The invention discloses a self-elevating platform suitable for deepwater offshore wind plant survey, installation and operation and maintenance. The self-elevating platform comprises a platform body, pile legs, pile shoes, a lifting mechanism, a main crane, an auxiliary crane, a moon pool and a derrick sliding assembly. The pile legs are installed on the platform body, and the pile legs are lowered through the lifting mechanism so as to support the platform body on the seabed. The moon pools are distributed on the platform body, and the derrick sliding assembly can carry a derrick and equipment needed by drilling and transfer among the moon pools to complete drilling operation. The main crane and the auxiliary crane are used in multiple modes and can be matched to complete transferring and laying of exploration equipment and materials, hoisting or later replacement of fan components and folding and unfolding of a small operation and maintenance ship and an exploration ship. Under the background of deepwater of the offshore wind power plant, the wide deck is utilized, a crane, maneuvering exploration equipment and a fan assembly loading area are flexibly configured, the platform deck utilization rate, the platform utilization rate and the economic efficiency are improved, and the whole life cycle of the offshore wind power plant is served.
