The method comprises the following steps that 1, a geological drill guide frame and an auxiliary positioning frame of an inclined rock area are manufactured, specifically, S1, sectional material cutting, S2, framework forming, S3, guide frame forming, S4, auxiliary frame forming, S5, guide frame mounting, S6, geological drill mounting and S7, adjustable limiting device mounting are conducted; secondly, an auxiliary positioning frame is installed firstly, and then the geological drill guide frame is lowered to the inclined rock face through the auxiliary positioning frame (an adjustable limiting device is arranged on the auxiliary positioning frame to guarantee the positioning accuracy). When the construction technology of inserting and driving the water steel pipe piles is adopted for construction, five pile foundations are still located in the area with the inclination angle of about 60 degrees of the rock surface, and therefore the technology of anchoring the pile foundation protection barrels cannot be adopted for construction.
