The invention discloses a triple sleeve type recoverable anchor rod and an anchoring method. The triple sleeve type recoverable anchor rod comprises an outer pipe, a middle pipe and a long-strip-shaped locking inner core. The lower end of the outer pipe is closed, the upper end of the outer pipe is open, and multiple first through holes are formed in the side wall of the outer pipe at intervals. The middle pipe can be inserted into the outer pipe, and a plurality of anchoring parts are mounted in the middle pipe; the locking inner core can be inserted into the middle pipe; when the middle pipe is inserted into the outer pipe, the anchoring parts of the middle pipe are all located in the outer pipe. When the locking inner core is inserted into the middle pipe, the locking inner core can extrude the anchoring parts, so that one end of each anchoring part extends out of the outer pipe through the corresponding first through hole; and when the locking inner core is pulled out of the middle pipe, the anchoring parts which are not supported by the locking inner core are all retracted into the outer pipe, so that the anchor rod can be recycled and reused.
