The invention discloses an open caisson blade foot which comprises a blade foot body, the contact face of the blade foot located on the lower portion of an open caisson and a soil body is an inclined section, a telescopic grouting pipe is arranged in the blade foot, and meanwhile, the invention discloses an open caisson construction operation method matched with the open caisson blade foot for advanced grouting of the blade foot. A soil body in the open caisson is excavated, and secondary grouting is carried out on super-settlement or obvious inclined settlement so as to solve the problems that in the open caisson construction process, the well wall inclination is too large, the soil body is unstable, and the underground soil body is damaged. According to the operation method, sinking of the open caisson is more uniform, sudden sinking can be avoided, potential safety hazards are eliminated, sinking balance of the open caisson is facilitated, and the construction efficiency is improved.
