The invention discloses an anti-overturning device for large-gradient installation of an assembly type prefabricated comprehensive pipe gallery. The anti-overturning device comprises a bottom base plate and a supporting and limiting assembly. The bottom base plate is attached to the large-gradient ground. The at least two supporting and limiting assemblies are arranged at intervals in the length direction of the pipe gallery standing on the bottom base plate, each supporting and limiting assembly comprises a supporting rod and a locking structure, and the supporting rod freely penetrates through a first lifting hook reserved on the pipe gallery; the two locking structures are fixedly connected to the two ends of the supporting rod and the side slopes on the two sides of the upper portion of the pipe gallery in a one-to-one correspondence mode. Compared with the prior art, the supporting and limiting assembly is mainly composed of the bottom base plate, the supporting rod in the supporting and limiting assembly and the locking structure, the pipe gallery can be stably limited and fixed to a large-gradient installation position so that the pipe gallery can be stably installed, and the risk that the pipe gallery slides and overturns in the large-gradient installation process is avoided.
